D-Link DES-F1009P-E 8 Port PoE Switch

Easy Deployment and PoE Convenience:

The DES-F1009P-E is a Plug-and-Play device that requires no configuration, so setup is simple and hassle-free. Easily connect multiple computers, share files, music, and video across your SOHO network, or even create a multiplayer gaming environment. 802.3x flow control on each port minimizes dropped packets when the port’s receiving buffer is full, giving a more reliable connection for all connected devices. The DES-F1009P-E also features eight 10/100BASE-TX ports that support the IEEE 802.3af/at Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) protocol, supplying 15W each.

Diverse Operating Modes:

The DES-F1009P-E switch has three operating modes. The default mode has a transmission distance of 100 meters. VLAN mode protects against DHCP deception, broadcast storms, and virus attacks. Extend mode supports an extra-long transmission distance of 250 meters at 10Mbps.
Long-Distance Transmission with Surge Protection:

With a connectivity range of 250 meters, the DES-F1009P-E is ideal for surveillance deployments and compatible with Cat.5e or Cat.6 copper cable, while 6kV surge protection helps this device withstand power fluctuations and lightning strikes.

Supports 10/100Mbps speeds with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) capabilities to supply power to other devices.
